Juno 318 Over-The-Counter (OTC) Funding Proposal Link Yes The biggest issue with a community-led blockchain project is indecision. Because of the diffusion of responsibilities, no one can be held accountable such inactions. As a result, we all tend to want to wait a little longer for a more perfect solution. Therefore, we can never reach a final conclusion for Juno Whale's tokens currently stuck in a gov controlled wallet. Therefore, Juno Growth DAO was in limbo for months while doing nothing before a community uprising dissolved it. Therefore, we have been discussing a new chapter beyond Core-1 for a long time but little seems being done, at least from the public eyes. In this OTC deal perfect? Of course not. But it is a good way to steady the ship and we support it. If anything, if the passing of this signaling proposal puts some fire under Juno's community leadership and forces them to reveal the new chapter with concrete measures for Juno by superseding this proposal, we will be happy to support it.
