XPLA v1_13 Upgrade

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 21383000. It is estimated to take place 5 hours from now. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd xpla
git pull
git checkout v1_13
make install

Check Version

# should be v1_13
xplad version

# Should be commit v1_13
xplad version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.xpla/cosmovisor/upgrades/v1_13/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/xplad $HOME/.xpla/cosmovisor/upgrades/v1_13/bin

Check Version Again

# should be v1_13
$HOME/.xpla/cosmovisor/upgrades/v1_13/bin/xplad version
