Add new tokens to the Oracle swap tree

Summary

Currently the swap tree of the Oracle smart contract takes into account 8 assets - USDC, OSMO, ATOM, NLS, stOSMO, stATOM, WETH and WBTC, and relates to their respective pool IDs on Osmosis. Several new assets are planned to be eligible for leasing on Nolus and these are - AKT, AXL, qATOM, stkATOM, STRD, INJ, SCRT, STARS, CRO, JUNO and EVMOS. Respectully, their Osmosis mainnet pools also need to be included in the Oracle swap tree. Even though the assets are included in a bulk, they will be added one by one over the course of the upcoming weeks in the UI (user interface) of the Nolus dApp.

Asset Background

AKT is the native cryptocurrency token of Akash Network. It is integral for securing the network, executing transactions and contracts, and incentivizing community participation through staking and rewards. As the ecosystem grows, AKT is anticipated to play an increasingly vital role in enabling and securing decentralized cloud services. Liquidity on Osmosis mainnet - 2.1M USD

AXL is the native cryptocurrency token of the Axelar network. Axelar is a programmable blockchain interoperability layer that spans all of Web3. Axelar network uses battle-tested proof-of-stake consensus. AXL is used for securing the network through staking/delegating, participating in governance and for network transaction fees where Axelar users do not need to hold the token, since conversions into AXL tokens and destination-chain tokens are handled on the back end via smart-contract logic. qATOM is a liquid staking derivative asset issued by Quicksilver. You can choose to any validator on the supported chain, liquid staking rewards are autocompounded by the protocol and you retain your governance rights. Liquidity on Osmosis mainnet - 1.4M USD (stable-swap pool)

stkATOM is a liquid staking derivative asset issued by Persistence. stkATOM can be thought of as yield generating tokens. Rewards are auto-compunded, hence the mechanism is to have the derivative appreciate against the base asset, similar to stATOM and qATOM. Your ATOM stake is divided equally among 62 validators when you decide to use Persistence to liquid stake your ATOM. Liquidity on Osmosis mainnet - 760k USD (stable-swap pool)

STRD is the native cryptocurrency token of the Stride network which is a liquid staking provider on Cosmos. It allows holders to vote on important decisions such as the distribution of staked tokens to each validator, the onboarding of new validators, and other protocol upgrades and improvements. INJ is the native cryptocurrency token of the Injective network. Injective is a blockchain built for finance. It is an open, interoperable layer-one blockchain powering next-generation DeFi applications, including decentralized spot and derivatives exchanges, prediction markets, lending protocols and more. The use cases intended for INJ include but are not limited to: protocol governance, dApp value capture, Proof-of-Stake (PoS) security, developer incentives and staking. EVMOS is the native cryptocurrency token of the Evmos network. EVMOS is an EVM-compatible blockchain network built using the Cosmos SDK. Its architecture allows users to perform both Cosmos and EVM formatted transactions, developers to scale EVM dApps cross-chain via IBC, and tokens and assets in the network to come from different independent sources.
