Prop 281: Update Oracle Swap Tree (Osmosis allBTC)

Summary

This proposal seeks to optimize the Oracle swap tree for the Osmosis allBTC protocol, improving the efficiency of swap routes for assets used in margin trading on the Nolus protocol. The key updates are as follows:

• Delisting Currencies: allSOL, OSMO, stOSMO, ATOM, stATOM, AKT and AXL will be delisted as deposit options when shorting allBTC. If demanded by the community, some of the more liquid options might be proposed to be included again in the future.

By voting "YES" on this proposal, you support enhancing the Osmosis allBTC Oracle swap tree to reflect these updated routes, thereby improving performance and cost-effectiveness for margin transactions on Nolus.
