This is a resubmission of proposal #267 which passed via governance but failed to execute due to changes in the community pool spend proposal handler that occured during the Aurora upgrade which took place between the proposal creation and execution. Voters can confirm the previous proposal did not execute by checking the proposal status for #267 which is 'Failed'
