Prop 985: Whitelist The Honorais Deployment Address to Upload new smart contracts

PROPOSAL

This proposal requests that the address
osmo1cw9ap2sxk6yn7j4sgj0zj4qhr30f4pm23enly4
be granted permission to upload smart contracts on the Osmosis chain without requiring governance approval.

The Honorais are one of the largest Game-Fi platforms in the Cosmos ecosystem. Originally launched on Oraichain, we are expanding to new chains to enable cross-chain gaming across Cosmos.

  1. Shinoids NFT Utility – Shinoids NFTs on Osmosis gain additional value through Game-Fi earnings.
  2. Cross-Chain Connectivity – A Stargaze bridge increases interoperability and chain visibility.

About Us

The Honorais are long-term builders in Cosmos. Since launch over a year ago, we have delivered:

  • DEXes, charting tools, NFT utility Discord bots
  • Game-Fi applications such as Battleground
  • Ongoing support and development for our holders and partnered chains

Our latest Game-Fi experience, Battleground, lets users play with their NFTs on Oraichain and earn rewards. We now aim to bring this to Osmosis, allowing Shinoids Part 1 NFT holders to play and earn $HONOR tokens directly.

$HONOR is our native token on Oraichain. By deploying on Osmosis, Shinoid NFT holders will be able to earn $HONOR through IBC-powered cross-chain gameplay.
