Prop 61: Delist Zaar from Minitswap

1. TL;DR

This proposal aims to delist Zaar from Minitswap as they have decided to deprecate their chain.
The result of this proposal consists of two parts:

  1. Delist Zaar from Minitswap.
  2. Remaining funds will be airdropped to users on Initia L1, as the Zaar team has chosen to deprecate their chain.

2. Proposal Details

The proposal will deregister the current INIT.zaar pool on Minitswap.

Rationale

Zaar was initially whitelisted on Minitswap to enable users to instantly bridge INIT from the Zaar rollup to Initia L1, bypassing the usual 1-day withdrawal period.

However:

  • The Zaar chain is being deprecated
  • Users are no longer actively interacting with the chain

Therefore, the Minitswap pool is no longer necessary.
If approved, the Minitswap pool for INIT.zaar will be removed, and instant bridging via the DEX will no longer be available.

Remaining Funds

The Zaar team has decided to deprecate their chain.
Any remaining funds will be airdropped to users on Initia L1.

Timelines

  1. Nov 11th – Forum Proposal
  2. Nov 14th – On-chain Vote begins
  3. Nov 21st – On-chain Vote ends and proposal is executed or rejected
  4. Nov 22nd – Funds are airdropped to users on Initia L1

  • NO – Do not support delisting Zaar from Minitswap
  • NO WITH VETO – Proposal is harmful, spam, or violates governance principles
