Prop 606: Register Stork Publisher Address

If passed, this proposal will register onchain a wallet address currently maintained by Stork, namely 0x2Bf19076f0A338cf785965c527e33162B73f2d52, to ensure that prices relayed by this address are verified by Stork. This will be done to speed up the process for listing new tokens - specifically perpetual futures tokens.

Actions:

- By voting yes on this proposal, you agree with registering the address 0x2Bf19076f0A338cf785965c527e33162B73f2d52 for relaying Stork prices.
- By voting no on the proposal, you do not agree with registering the address 0x2Bf19076f0A338cf785965c527e33162B73f2d52 for relaying Stork prices.
- By voting no with veto, you find this proposal to be spam/irrelevant/malicious, and support burning the 100 INJ deposit, if No With Veto votes are greater than ⅓ of the total voting power.
- By voting abstain, you wish to contribute to quorum while formally declining to vote either for or against the proposal.
