Prop 2: Remove Inflation and Reduce Unbonding to 1 Day

This proposal makes two key changes:

  1. Remove Inflation: Sets all inflation parameters to 0, stopping new token minting.

  2. Reduce Unbonding Period: Changes unbonding time to 1 day (86400 seconds) for faster token access after unstaking.
