Prop 95: v6.9.0 Upgrade

We are taking another step toward the closure of the Elys Network chain.

In order to protect the funds of users who have not yet withdrawn their assets from liquidity pools, we will:

- Close all remaining positions (including LP positions) on Elys Network and return the tokens directly to your wallets once this proposal passes.
- If funds are still not withdrawn by the time the chain is shut down, they will be automatically sent back to their original chains via IBC transfer at the time of the shutdown after the next proposal.
