Prop 211: Transfer Discord Ownership to Community (Second Attempt) & Delegator Advisory

The DAO requests that Brent Xu (“0x‑brent | UMEE”) transfer ownership of the Ux Discord server to a community‑designated representative no later than April 30, 2025 at 00:00 UTC, ensuring continuity, neutrality, and proper stewardship of the primary Ux communication channel.

An advisory to delegators regarding validator participation. Several validators who were active and voted on Proposals 208 and 209 did not vote on Proposal 210. Consistent governance participation is a core validator responsibility, and delegators are encouraged to redelegate away from validators who failed to vote.
