If the publicly announced “UX Wind Down and Preparation Plan” (https://common.xyz/ux/discussion/1312478-UX%20Wind%20Down%20and%20Preparation%20Plan) is not executed as stated and lenders are not made whole, the UX community mandates an investigation into the conduct of UX/UMEE leadership, with specific focus on the former CEO. The investigation will review how investor and community funds were used, how the protocol accumulated bad debt, and how the chain reached an abandoned, non‑functional state with broken code and no accountability. As the former CEO is a U.S. citizen, the investigation will also consider whether any aspects fall under potential U.S. jurisdiction. Further actions will be announced in a new vote.
