Prop 385: dYdX Surge Program - Season 14 Distribution

We are seeking community approval to authorise the transfer of $50,000 (294,117.24 DYDX) from the Community Treasury to be distributed to Season 14 Surge Program participants for the Liquidation Rebate Program (294,117.24 DYDX based on 7-day TWAP of $0.17), allocated proportionally to the top 100 eligible addresses with the largest realized liquidation losses.
