Prop 325: Recover IBC light client for Injective

This proposal recovers the expired IBC light client 07-tendermint-105 (Oraichain → Injective) using the state of the substitute client 07-tendermint-222. The substitute client was created with matching client parameters (trust_level, unbonding_period, max_clock_drift, proof_specs, upgrade_path) and is Active at a higher height than the subject client. Recovery restores IBC connectivity on connection-82 without changing connection or channel IDs.
