Prop 682: OLP Reward Disbursement – Epoch 61

If passed, this proposal confirms the final Open Liquidity Program institutional performance of epoch 61 as well as the distribution of 27299.927 INJ tokens, comprising 14849.929 INJ vested from epoch 58, and 12449.998 INJ representing 50% of the epoch 61 rewards allocation. The remaining OLP rewards from epoch 61 will be disbursed along with the rewards disbursement of epoch 64. The recipient must still be an active participant of the program in order to receive future disbursements.
