Prop 684: Upgrade Wormhole Adapter to Facilitate Asset Deprecation on Injective Exchange dApps

This proposal seeks to upgrade a smart contract deployed on Injective mainnet to help facilitate the planned deprecation of Wormhole assets on Injective. The upgrade is intended to provide the necessary onchain functionality for the deprecation process and help ensure that the transition can be carried out in a controlled manner. This effort supports the continued simplification and long-term maintainability of asset infrastructure across the Injective ecosystem.
