Prop 360: Smart Contract Migration (Solana Metis USDC - add JLP, PUMP, ZEC)

Summary

This proposal migrates the SOLANA-METIS-USDC protocol contracts on the Nolus Pirin mainnet to the code IDs pinned by proposal 359 (Lease 935, Leaser 936, LPP 937, Oracle 938, Profit 939, Remote Lease controller 940, Reserve 941). The contracts are built from the same smart-contract release v0.9.1 currently deployed; what changes is the protocol's compiled currency registry, which gains three new lease currencies: JLP (Jupiter Perps LP, 27G8MtK7VtTcCHkpASjSDdkWWYfoqT6ggEuKidVJidD4), PUMP (Pump.fun, pumpCmXqMfrsAkQ5r49WcJnRayYRqmXz6ae8H7H9Dfn) and ZEC (OmniBridge Zcash, A7bdiYdS5GjqGFtxf17ppRHtDKPkkRqbKtR27dxvQXaS), as defined in nolus-protocol/nolus-networks PR #164.

The migration is executed through the Admin contract's migrate_contracts sudo: every protocol contract is migrated to its new code, and the Leaser then migrates all open leases to the new Lease code (935). The SOLANA-METIS-SOL protocol is not affected.

A second message extends the Oracle's swap tree with the three new currencies as direct children of USDC, so their prices are served from the first block after migration.
