Prop 27: DORA Token Burn — Phase 3

This text proposal records the third stage of the previously announced five-phase burn of unallocated DORA tokens.

The DORA designated for this stage will be deposited into this proposal. Once the intended deposit has been confirmed, the proposer will cancel the proposal to burn the deposited tokens through the network’s native proposal-cancellation mechanism, permanently reducing the on-chain total supply.

This proposal contains no executable messages and does not modify network parameters. No governance vote is requested.

Please do not add deposits unless you are participating in this planned burn. All deposits held by this proposal at cancellation are intended to be burned.

The cancellation transaction hash, confirmed burn amount, and supporting on-chain records will be published after completion.
