Prop 378: Unpin Old Contract Codes

Summary

Pinned contract codes are kept in the memory of every Nolus Pirin mainnet node. Earlier smart-contract releases left behind codes that no active contract uses any more: every market and platform contract now runs on release v0.9.2, and the only contracts still on the old codes are margin positions that were closed or liquidated long ago.

This proposal unpins 66 of these superseded codes to free node memory. It does not change any active market, open position, rate, limit or fee; the old closed positions stay readable on chain.
