Prop 134: [Proposal] CONX <> 1Self.World Ecosystem Grant

[Proposal] CONX <> 1Self.World Ecosystem Grant

1. Background and Purpose

1Self.World operates MyB, a Web3 rewards application built on CONX mainnet. This proposal requests a grant, structured as a prepayment for advertising inventory on MyB, to help sustain MyB's activity on CONX following the increase in transaction costs resulting from Proposal 124.

We recognize that many validators may not be familiar with our service. Section 2 therefore presents our measured contribution to the network, and a detailed introduction is available at the link below.

  • What MyB does: MyB issues Soulbound Tokens (SBTs) to users as they complete everyday actions. Each SBT is recorded on CONX mainnet and accumulates into W3ID, our user-owned on-chain identity system.
  • Why this matters to CONX: Our user base is largely not crypto-native. Most are mainstream consumers acquired through conventional channels, and each becomes a CONX account holder.
  • Commercial basis: The resulting SBT set forms a permissioned dataset that can be used for targeted marketing.

2. Measured Contribution to Date

All figures are verifiable on the CONX explorer, as of September 16, 2026.

Metric MyB CONX Total Share
Accounts holding MyB SBTs 597,490 972,867 approx. 61%
Transactions generated 4,707,777 27,871,825 approx. 17%
SBTs issued 81,921,408 - -
SBT collections 8,023 - -
  • Approximately 61% of all accounts on CONX hold a MyB Soulbound Token.
  • The 17% transaction share is cumulative since genesis and includes the period prior to MyB's launch. On a current daily basis, MyB produces one transaction in nearly every block.
  • Activity has been continuous rather than campaign-driven, contributing a steady baseline of fee revenue to the Delegation Rewards pool.

3. Impact of Proposal 124

  • Proposal 124 raises the base transaction fee to 1 XPLA.
  • Our average fee per transaction rises from 0.36 XPLA to 1.44 XPLA, based on measured on-chain fees as of September 2026. Monthly gas cost increases from approximately 123,000 XPLA to approximately 492,000 XPLA.
  • We support the direction of Proposal 124. A sustainable fee structure benefits every validator, and we acknowledge that our own activity is a meaningful contributor to the fee pool that funds Delegation Rewards.
  • The increase is nonetheless material at our transaction volume.

4. Funding Request

  • Requested Amount: 5,000,000 XPLA
  • Form: Grant, structured as a prepayment for advertising inventory
  • Purpose: to support MyB's continued activity on CONX following the fee adjustment under Proposal 124
  • Use of Funds: The grant is used solely to cover transaction fees for MyB on CONX.
  • Structure: While the funds are applied to transaction fees, the grant is treated as advertising fees paid in advance rather than as a fee subsidy. In return, 1Self.World provides advertising inventory on MyB, as described in Section 5.

5. Advertising Inventory

  • Inventory: 1Self.World provides advertising inventory on MyB for applications designated by the CONX DAO. Campaigns run under this arrangement are covered by the prepayment made through this grant.
  • Pricing: As a prepayment, the grant is applied at preferential rates relative to our standard advertising pricing, extending the inventory available under this arrangement.
  • Term: 12 months from approval.
  • Minimum Campaigns: 1Self.World runs a minimum of 7 campaigns during the term.
  • Campaign Duration: Each campaign runs for 7 days.
  • Placements: Campaigns run on MyB's display advertising placements.
  • Allocation: 1Self.World opens inventory slots at the CONX DAO's request. Campaign details are agreed between the CONX DAO and 1Self.World for each campaign.
  • Scheduling: Specific campaign dates are coordinated subject to inventory availability.
  • Unused Allocation: Campaigns not requested by the CONX DAO within the term expire at the end of the term. Campaigns requested but not run due to inventory constraints are carried forward until fulfilled.

6. Conclusion

We are aware that ecosystem resources are finite and that each validator must weigh where they are best allocated. Our position is that MyB has delivered measurable and sustained contributions to this chain, and that this arrangement offers value to the ecosystem in return.
